Fürst Mozartkugeln

The original Mozartkugel of the confectioner Paul Fürst from Salzburg was the first Mozartkugel in 1890.

In 1905 Paul Fürst introduced the Mozartkugel at an international conference in Paris and received a gold medal for it. At this time other Salzburg confectioners copied the Mozartkugel and the sweet industry also began to produce this popular speciality.

The Original Mozartkugeln are only available in the city of Salzburg.

The delicacy is wrapped in a blue-silver paper.
